*Purpose*

AB Village LLC uses SMS messaging to communicate with authorized internal staff and on-call maintenance personnel regarding work-related operations. These messages are strictly for operational purposes and are not used for marketing or promotional communications.


*Types of Messages*

By opting in, you may receive text messages related to:

Tenant service requests and maintenance calls

Emergency maintenance notifications

Work order assignments and updates

Scheduling, dispatching, and appointment coordination

General property operations and staffing coordination


*Consent to Receive Messages*

Providing consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. Employees who choose not to opt in will continue to receive work-related communications by phone call or other appropriate methods when necessary.


By signing the opt-in agreement, employees voluntarily authorize AB Village LLC to send work-related SMS messages to the mobile phone number they provide. Message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and employees may opt out at any time by replying STOP.


*Privacy & Data Use*

AB Village LLC does not sell, share, rent, or distribute employee phone numbers or other personal contact information to third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for internal operational communications and as otherwise required by law.


*Message Terms*

Message frequency varies based on operational needs.

Messages may relate to tenant service requests, maintenance emergencies, scheduling, work orders, appointments, and other property operations.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Employees may receive messages outside of normal business hours when scheduled to be on call.


*Opt-Out & Support*

Employees may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, work-related communications will be provided by phone call or other appropriate methods when necessary. For assistance, reply HELP or contact management directly.


*Acknowledgment*

Employees provide consent by signing a written opt-in agreement during onboarding, acknowledging they understand this program and may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP without affecting their employment.
